About Rapidsoft

RapidSoft cc is an IT solutions company with a personal touch. RapidSoft is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with client base extending across South Africa and Namibia. The company was established in July 1995, and has since been developing customized solutions as well as packaged software. Currently, RapidSoft is in the process of embarking on a marketing campaign in order to promote their POSibility (Point-of-sale Solution) and Fleet Management System in the Southern Africa. RapidSoft's strategy is focused on brand promotion and hopes to introduce new clients to their software range. This marketing drive is also aimed at international companies in the Middle East and India.

RapidSoft is a BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) company, fully owned and staffed by affirmative action candidates. The seven staff members encompass wide-ranging skills, expertise and experience. The Managing Director has at least thirty years of software development and consulting experience. The main assets of a software company are the employees, therefore skills development and further learning are highly encouraged amongst staff members. One of the staff members is an Honorary BSc graduate majoring in Applied Mathematics and in the process of completing a Masters degree.

RapidSoft's premier skills have placed them on a platform where they can serve a diverse client base ranging from SMME's to Large Corporations, which include Telecommunication, Insurance, Transport companies, Medical Bureau, Wholesalers and Retailers. The primary function of RapidSoft is to provide State-of-the-art customized software solutions for windows platform. Computer systems are implemented after detailed Needs analysis, optimal designing, extensive development and comprehensive testing. Highly competent staff provide user training, ongoing telephonic and onsite support. RapidSoft also provides clients with outsourcing solutions.

RapidSoft has a unique social responsibility program. Several non-profit organizations benefit from customized systems developed by RapidSoft, specifically for each of these organizations. RapidSoft dedicates its time, resources and expertise, on an ongoing basis, to equip organizations with the required software tools.
